Lemonade Stand
Lemonade Stand is an excellent game to test your sales skills. Each game consists of 15 rounds. The object of the game is to grow your savings as much as possible during a 30-day period.
At the start of each turn, you must buy supplies to make your lemonade. Check the weather forecast first – it’s a good way to tell how many people will visit your lemonade stand that day.
Next you choose the price for each cup of lemonade. During nicer weather, you can charge more. During nasty weather, charge less.
During the rest of the round, you’ll see how much lemonade you actually sell. At the end of the round, you’ll get a Daily Sales report, which will tell you how much lemonade you sold.
THE WINNING STRATEGY
The weather plays an important part in your daily planning. The nicer the weather, the more you can charge for your lemonade, and the more people you can expect to visit your lemonade stand. But be careful! The weather doesn’t always turn out the same as the forecast!
If you run out of lemonade, or if you charge too much money for it, some of your customers may become unhappy.
Once lost, customer satisfaction is hard to win back. On the other hand, if you keep a good supply on hand, and your prices reasonable, more customers will visit your lemonade stand.
